Looking for high end subwoofer, so many choices. They suggested to go with Rel Acoustics Carbon Special. Expensive subwoofer but when I installed it, oh wow what amazing sound. As real as it gets, arrive perfect, double boxed with heavy duty corners all around for safe delivery.

Needed to purchase projector, was not sure which model I should buy, reached out to sale support. They were very helpful with explaining the models they represent and how it would work out in my installation. Came back to make the purchase few weeks latter. After a slight hiccup with the product, New Age pulled through with a brand new replacement unit and didn't even charge me shipping. I won't hesitate to use them again later on
